There is a kitchenette (not for big cooking, rather to make/heat something quick), large hall, bathroom, toilet, washing machine and UPC internet. (Note to photos: orange furniture is in the kitchen and in the room, however they are separate rooms.)
5 min from metro Vltavska, 3 min from tram. Veletržní palác, about 10 min from Stromovka.
There will be a total of 5 roommates in the apartment, all around 35 years old, but as the apartment is large (130 m2), it is not overcrowded. Now there are 4 guys there.
The price is including all services. Refundable deposit in the amount of one month's rent.
