The living room has air conditioning and access to the terrace. The bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe. There is another smaller closet in the hallway. The bathroom has a corner bath and a large mirror. The toilet is separate. In the vicinity there is a beautiful nature park Smetanka, bike path, outdoor gym and other sports facilities. We also offer an option of renting half of the double garage, which is part of the family house, for CZK 1,000 per month (long-term parking is not possible in front of the house). Please only no smokers, maximum 2 persons and no real agencies. Pets will be charged.
