Byt je dispozičně vyřešen jako 3+kk, ale jedna z místností je velmi malá, dá se využít například jako pracovna/studovna (cca 4m2) byt má jednu ložnici, kuchyni propojenou s obývacím pokojem, koupelnu s toaletou, prostor pro šatnu a velkou zasklenou lodžii, ve stejném patře se nachází i sklepní kóje. Celkové rozměry bytu jsou 56m² + lodžie (cca 8m²). Byt je vybaven kuchyňskou linkou včetně spotřebičů (lednice, sklokeramická varná deska a digestoř, trouba, myčka), vestavěnými skříněmi, poličkami a věšáky v koupelně.
Byt byl rekonstruován v lednu 2020, od rekonstukce byl ponajímán po dobu 2 let. Nachází se v panelovém domě v Praze v Bohnicích v 8. patře z 10. Vchod do bytu se nachází v ukamykatelné chodbičce, kterou sdílí se dvěma dalšími byty.

The apartment is laid out as 3 + kk, but one of the rooms is very small, it can be used for example as a study/study (about 4m2) the apartment has one bedroom, kitchen connected to the living room, bathroom with toilet, dressing room and a large glass windowed loggia, on the same floor there is also a cellar. The total dimensions of the apartment are 56m² + loggia (approx. 8m²). The apartment is equipped with a kitchen with appliances (fridge, ceramic hob and extractor cooker, oven, dishwasher), built-in wardrobes, shelves and hangers in the bathroom.
The apartment was renovated in January 2020. After the renovation the flat has been rented for 2 years. Located in a panel house in Prague in Bohnice on the 8th floor out of 10. The entrance to the apartment is located in a lockable corridor, which is shared with two other apartments.
Parking is possible in the street in front of the house without a parking permit. In close proximity you will find 2 bus stops, 2 lidl supermarkets and 1 penny supermarket, a pharmacy and a drugstore. Within walking distance there is a shopping center Krakow and several restaurants. There is also a primary school and a grammar school nearby.
The rental price is 18 100 CZK rent + 3. 900 CZK fees (water, heating, garbage collection, cleaning of common areas, elevator operation), electricity is transferred to the tenant.
We require a refundable deposit of one rent.
