The neighborhood offers everything you need for a comfortable life in the city, there are shops, cafes and restaurants, medical services or sports fields (directly under the house is a workout playground), nearby is Krymská street with famous businesses. The locality is made more pleasant by landscaped greenery. Buses and trams provide connections to the center, and Želivského Metro Station is a 4-minute drive away (one bus stop).
