to my fully furnished apartment with a spacious living room, bathroom and ergonomically elevated kitchen.
The apartment is facing south with plenty of natural light even in the winter. It is a low energy-consuming flat with central heating. Internet, TV and radio connection is available.
The house is right at the park Prazacka and Vitkov.
Very good transportation services offer an quick and easy 15-min. ride to the city center by tram or bus.
Metro (Zelivskeho station at Lane A) is accesible by tram (8 min.).
Supermarket with parking is right in front of the building.
The house is well situated on the upper edge of the park Krejcarek.
From the south side it is distanced from the main street by green areas and other houses.
Nearby are sport-estates Pražačka, in- and outdoor swimingpools, tennis, basketball, football, beach volleyball courts. In surrounding parks at Vitkov is plenty room for bike riding, roller skating, running. You can get there without even crossing a public road.
As an owner I am looking for long-term leaser.
