From the living room, which is oriented to the green courtyard, through the hall you enter two separate rooms (bedroom with double bed and study / guest / children's room), bathroom with toilet and storage room with washing machine. The recently renovated, partially furnished apartment is bright, quiet and non-smoking. Storage for bikes is available in the basement.
The apartment is within walking distance to the city center, near the main public transport lines. The nearest tram stop is about 2 minutes walk, to the metro station Vyšehrad - line C is about 10 minutes. Náplavka (Rašínovo nábřeží) is about 5 minutes walk from the apartment, Vyšehrad area 2 minutes, there are several playgrounds in the area.
This is a long-term lease, at least 1 year.
Energy deposit: CZK 4,100 gas (heating and hot water) and water, both with final invoices based on meters, CZK 1,500 other services (elevator, waste collection, cleaning of common areas, etc.). Furthermore, Internet from odafone 400 CZK (optional). The tenant pays the electricity directly to the provider (advances of current tenant 1,200 CZK).
I am the direct owner, I require a deposit of 48,000 CZK, no additional fees.
