The apartment is located on the ground floor, but due to the slope of the street, it is effectively at first-floor height.
The apartment and the entire building underwent a complete renovation in 2021 and are in excellent condition.
The apartment is located on a dead-end street, Kmochova, which means there is minimal traffic. It has excellent access to the city center; Anděl metro station and shopping center are one tram stop away. Kinský Garden, which connects to Petřín, is also nearby.
