Nabízíme k prodeji historický objekt stojící na návsi obce Krásné v srdci Žďárských vrchů. Jedná se o uzavřený třítraktový objekt se dvorem. Obytná část je dvojpatrová s mohutným sklepním systémem. Na ni navazuje „technická“ část s dílnou, přípravnou krmiva a bývalou prádelnou, je zde také velká funkční chlebová pec. Třetí trakt je hospodářský – je zde chlív pro krávy, stáj pro koně a chlív pro prasata. Dvůr je uzavřen tzv. ohradní zdí s bránou. Celý objekt je velmi precizně postaven z kamene, jen nástavba druhého patra je provedena z pálených cihel. Stropy jsou dřevěné dvojité trámové. Objekt je staticky v pořádku.
Stavba domu byla zahájena někdy kolem roku 1750 tehdejší majitelkou jimramovského panství, hraběnkou Marií Antonií z Waldorfu, která v té době nechala rozšířit zdejší kostel. Stavba tedy sloužila jako fara až do roku 1819, kdy proběhla další stavební etapa. Došlo k rozšíření o hospodářské budovy a funkce objektu byla změněna na Lesní správu. Další významnou stavební etapou byla nástavba druhého patra obytné části v roce 1933, kde byl zbudován velkorysý byt pro „fořta“ neboli lesního správce Krásenského polesí. Tento účel stavba plnila až do roku 1948, kdy byla jimramovské šlechtě zabavena. V období socializmu sloužila mimo jiné jako ordinace lékaře a po několika „socialistických“ stavebních úpravách, kdy byly v obytných částech stavby zbudovány 4 bytové jednotky, sloužila pro ubytování zaměstnanců Státních lesů Polička. V rámci restitucí byl objekt navrácen rodině hraběcího rodu Belcredi a v roce 2010 jsme ho odkoupili my. Od té doby jsme objekt začali postupně rekonstruovat. Bohužel některé části a prostory stále zůstávají tak, jak je zanechaly „Státní lesy Polička“. K objektu přináleží dvě zahrady, jedna hned za domem o velikosti 309 m2 a druhá před domem na návsi o velikosti 815 m2, která přímo sousedí s kostelem Sv. Václava. Na zahradě jsme vysázeli v roce 2014 několik stromů (3 švestky, 2 jabloně a 2 třešně).

We offer for sale a historic building standing on the village square of Krásné in the heart of Žďárské vrchy. It is a closed three-wing building with a courtyard. The living area is two-storey with a massive cellar system. It is followed by a "technical" part with a workshop, feed preparation and a former laundry, there is also a large functional bread oven. The third tract is for farm use - there is a cowshed, a stable for horses and a pig stall. The courtyard is enclosed by a so-called enclosure wall with a gate. The whole building is very precisely built of stone, only the extension of the second floor is made of burnt bricks. The ceilings are wooden double beams. The object is statically fine.
The construction of the house was started sometime around 1750 by the then owner of the Jimramov manor, Countess Maria Antoni of Waldorf, who at that time had the local church expanded. The building thus served as a vicarage until 1819, when another construction phase took place. The buildings were extended and the function of the building was changed to the Forest Administration. Another important construction stage was the extension of the second floor of the residential part in 1933, where a generous apartment was built for the senior forest manager of Count´s Forests. The building fulfilled this purpose until 1948, when it was confiscated from the Jimramov aristocracy. During the period of socialism, it served, among other things, as a doctor's office, and after several "socialist" building modifications, when 4 housing units were built inside the residential parts of the building, it served to accommodate Polička State Forest employees. As part of the restitution, the building was returned to the family of the Belcredi, and in 2010 we bought it. Since then, we have gradually begun to reconstruct the building. Unfortunately, some parts and spaces still remain as left by the "Polička State Forests". The building has two gardens, one behind the house with a size of 309 m2 and the other in front of the house on a village square of 815 m2, which is directly adjacent to the church of St. Wenceslas. In 2014, we planted several trees in the garden (3 plums, 2 apple trees and 2 cherries).
