We are renting a 1-room flat, 34 sqm, just recently renovated, on the 2nd floor.
You will be the first one to live in this flat after the renovation.
The view is on the West side. New plastic windows with very good isolation.
The flat is equipped with a small kitchen including electric stove and fridge and a washing machine in the bathroom. Otherwise without any other furniture.
There is also a small storage room that can be used as a wardrobe.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The toilet is in a separate room.
The heating is based on a gas heater (WAW in Czech language).
The flat also has its own locker (approx. 8 m2) in the cellar, where you can store your bicycle or other sports equipment.
The metro station Anděl (yellow line B) is only a 10-minutes walk away as well as the department store Nový Smíchov.
The monthly rental fee is 11 000 CZK per month.
In addition to that you should calculate the following costs:
- water and expenses of the building - 550 CZK / month / person
- electricity & gas - 1000 CZK / month
Refundable security deposit: 2 months rental fee, meaning 22 000 CZK
