I rent a nice and cozy 1-room apartment (28 m2 + glazed balcony) on the Terrace. The location is a 20-minute walk from the city center, near the New Hospital and Pine Grove, shopping center Galeria or AT&T at the Amphitheater. Tram and bus stop 5 minutes walk.
The kitchen has a large (300 l) refrigerator. The living room has a sofa bed, space for home-office work and a 55-inch Smart TV with activated Netflix.
The balcony is glazed, with a carpet to measure and additional seating, which can be used as an additional room for morning coffee and the like.
The environment of the house is very quiet - the so-called "living in the park". A pleasant shade is created by the chestnut tree oriented towards the balcony, which, however, does not obstruct the view of the open grassy area behind the house.
The apartment also has expensive security doors. New large custom-made wardrobe is in a small room in the hallway. The apartment also has a cellar.
