Kuchyňský kout je zařízený včetně myčky a trouby (lednička je v hale), gauč s futonem lze používat na každodenní spaní, v obývacím pokoji je i pracovní kout. V ložnici může být manželská postel či jiné postele dle dohody. V hale je vestavěná skříň a pračka. Nová koupelna.
Po dohodě je k dispozici sklep. Společný balkon je na patře. K domu patří dvůr - Ideální na grilování.
Byt je světlý, situovaný do klidné ulice, blízko občas projede vlak. Park Na Korábu je za rohem, včetně dětského hřiště, úžasná kavárna s obědy též. Lékaři, školky, školy, obchody, restaurace, vše je v místě. Tramvají jste za 3 min na Palmovce, za 12 min na Florenci.
Hledáme dlouhodobé, spolehlivé nájemce. Kauce 20.000 Kč. Poplatky dle počtu osob cca 2.500 Kč voda, služby domu a fond oprav, cca 800 Kc elektřina a plyn (bude přepsáno na nájemce), internet dle tarifu dodavatele.
We are looking for new tenants for a furnished 2-bedroom apartment, 41 m2 in Prague Liben, Lindnerova street. We have lived here for 5 years and loved it.
The kitchenette is furnished including a dishwasher and an oven (the fridge is in the hall). In the living room, you find a futon couch that can be used for everyday sleeping. There is a kitchen table and two small tables if you are a pair working on computers at home. We can arrange a double bed or two separate beds in the bedroom . A built-in wardrobe in in the bedroom as well as in the hall. Bathroom is new, a washing machine is incorporated in the hall.
A cellar is available upon agreement. The shared balcony is upstairs. The house has a yard - ideal for barbecue.
The apartment is bright, situated in a quiet street, close to a train track where trains pass occasionally. Park Na Korábu is around the corner, including a playground. An amazing cafe with lunches is few steps away. Doctors, kindergartens, schools, shops, restaurants, everything is right there. You are in 3 minutes at Palmovka by tram, in 12 minutes you reach Florenc.
We are looking for long-term, reliable tenants. Deposit 20.000 CZK. Around 2.500 CZK for water, house services and maintanance, 800 CZK gas and electricity (per consumption), internet as per provider.
