This is a two bedroom apartment with kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom (2+1) that has 55 square meters. It includes small balcony. The apartment is basically new, renovations were done recently. Some appliances and furniture will be included (washing machine, laundry machine etc.)
Apartment is facing Cernokostelecka street but there are new plastic windows installed. Tram stop and bus stop is right by the apartment. Subway stations Skalka and Strasnicka are 10 minutes within walking distance. Parking your car is OK, there are no "blue zones". There is Malesicky park not far from the apartment.
Heating of the apartment is managed by heating units in each room and is managed for the whole building but you can regulate it within respective rooms.
Apartment is best suited for a couple, students or small family. It is possible to start renting from December.
Additionaly to rent the utilities cost 2500 a month for heating, water etc. Security deposit is 27000.
The price does not include electricity bill, electricity contract would be written in your name so you would decide what the installments are. Also internet is not included but I will leave UPC modem/router (apartment has data and TV sockets in each room).
