The flat is dominated by huge wooden windows spanning all front area. Decor sensitively combines oak wood, white and grey colors. All the furniture is custom made. On the living area floor are wooden parquets, the rest of the flat has grey tiles. The bathroom has heated tiles. Other amenities include the washing machine, widescreen TV, ADSL, and wi-fi.
The monthly fees including electricity and heat are 6 000 CZK.
