Výborná dopravní dostupnost: cca 5 minut na Hradčanskou nebo cca 7 minut na Dejvickou metro A, tramvaje a autobusy). Dobré spojení na letiště.

Loft of 50 m2, one big room with living space with couch and TV set, kitchenette with dining table, luxury bathroom and queen-size bed. You can actually see Prague Castle and St. Vitus cathedrel from the bed!
Dejvice is a quiet and clean neighbourghoood full of restaurants, cafés and little shops. You can walk to the Prague Castle or Letna park in 10 minutes, to Stromovka park in 15 minutes.
The apartment has air condition.
Great connection to the city center: 5 minutes walk to Hradcanska metro station, 7 minutes walk to Dejvicka metro station (both green A line and both offer plenty of tram and bus lines as well). Good connection to the airport.
We are interested in long-term tenants (1 year and more).
Rental fee 16 000 CZK + 4 000 for utilities (all included: electricity, gas, wifi...). You don´t pay any commission (we are the owners). No deposit required.
