I’m offering a long-term flatshare in a 2+1 apartment on the 3rd floor of a quiet, well-maintained cooperative building near Jiřího z Poděbrad. One of the current two tenants is moving out at the end of May, so we are looking for a new flatmate.

The apartment has two separate rooms located on opposite sides of the hallway, each measuring 16.5 m² with parquet floors. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious entrance hall, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, and a practical storage room. A washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, and stove with oven and extractor hood are all included.

The newly serviced windows are plastic-framed, facing south toward the courtyard and north toward the street. The apartment also comes with a cellar storage unit, and the building has an elevator.

The rent is CZK 18,000 per month, including heating and hot water (the building has a shared boiler, so consumption is not billed separately). The current tenant has the electricity, utilities, and internet contracts registered in their name.
