We rent a studio apartment in Bratislava Petržalka Lúky. The orientation of the apartment is Northwest. The area has excellent infrastructure. Nearby are public transport stops - bus 93 connection 10 minutes to the center, several small shops, Lidl, Post Office, Lake Draždiak, Great Park Jama, Antolská Hospital.
The studio has an area of 28m2 on the 5th floor of 12. The apartment is after reconstruction with an inhabited insulated Logia. Plastic windows with external blinds and internal blinds. It is rented furnished with equipped kitchen wardrobe bathroom with washing machine and furniture. The apartment has cable and high speed UPC internet. The apartment has a cellar.
The apartment building is managed by SBD BratislavaV and has undergone reconstruction of the vestibule and elevators, it is equipped with a camera system. There is a carriage house in the house where it is possible to store and lock bicycles. Parking is near the house within the Bratislava Parking Assistant PAAS ..... Possible to move in after 01.03.2022. We prefer long-term rental for at least 12 months! The rental price is 440 € including energy and fees
