The owner rents a sunny newly reconstructed unfurnished apartment on the 3rd floor without elevator, located in a quiet street. The balcony has a view to the street (southwest) and the window to the yard(northeast). The flat is equipped with fridge, washing machine and induction cooker in the living kitchen and glass shower, toilet and washbasin in the bathroom.
The apartment is conveniently divided. There are three entries leading from the hallway to the bathroom, living kitchen(20m2) with balcony(3,3m2) and to the bedroom(12m2). There is a storage space that belongs to the flat which is situated on the ground-floor.
The position of the flat is favourable. It is located nearby the centre, in distance of approximately 10 minutes by tram. Tram stops are in walking distance - 7 minutes to stop Náměstí bratří synků/ 9 minutes to stop Otakarova/ 2 minutes to stop Horky. In addition, there are 2 parks in walking distance: Jezerka 10 minutes and Havlíčkovy sady 15 minutes by foot.
The total price, including services and water (400 czk per 1 person) without electricity nor gas, is 15 800 czk/month. (In case of extension of the lease contract for another year, we offer a bonus in a form of returning 1 000 czk/month=12 000 czk/year). The deposits for services will be calculated according to the actual consumption and useage (at the moment electricity fee is set to 500 czk/month and estimated gas fee would be 800 czk/month). The refundable deposit is 30 000 czk We prefer long-term renting, however, minimally for a year.
