The apartment has a total area of 78 m² and is very bright, with windows facing three directions (north, east, and south). Residents have access to a private courtyard garden with a relaxation area. The apartment also includes a private cellar and access to a shared stroller/bike room.
The area around Olgy Havlové Street is peaceful and quiet. Public transport connections are excellent — tram stops Strážní and Chmelnice, as well as the Vackov bus stop, are within 5–10 minutes’ walk. Parking is available in the underground garage or within the residential parking zone nearby (rental of a parking space must be arranged separately). The building has an elevator. The living room and balcony offer a pleasant view of the inner courtyard (see photos).
I’m looking for a reliable, long-term tenant. The listed rent includes all monthly costs (based on average consumption of water and energy), as well as internet and TV.
