High ceilings and large windows give the apartment space. In summer, it is an oasis in the tropical heat.
The living area consists of three differently sized (26 m2, 18 m2, 13 m2) separate rooms. Each has a double bed (160x200), wardrobe, desk with a lamp and dresser or storage rack. In the spacious living hall with fully functional kitchenette (equipped with AEG appliances) there is a sitting area. Furthermore, a small bathroom with bath, sink, bathroom cabinet and shelf. There are a separate WC and two chambers incl. storage space. A washing machine is available. The apartment has gas heating.
At present the apartment is equipped, but it is possible to furnish it according to your own or to arrange the furnishings with the landlord.
Rental price CZK 27000,-. Gas, electricity and UPC internet are transferred to the tenant, who pays the costs according to consumption. (Current installments 7000,- per month).
