There is a lot of new restaurants, cafes and bars in the neighbourhood.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor with an elevator. The apartment is fully furnished, the kitchen is fully equipped - fridge, microwave, hob, oven, dishes. The bathroom is fully equipped as well with a washing machine and remote heating and a toilet.
Available immediately, only for a longterm stay. For 1-2 persons, only non smokers and no animals.
