The house is located 50 m from the bus stop Slavíčkova resp. 3 stops from Mendel University. This room also has a separate bathroom (see map). In the family house, on the 2nd floor, there is also a decent, quiet student in the sublease, who uses the bathroom on the 2nd floor. The 1st floor has an equipped kitchen for everyone. On the ground floor vestibule - hallway, storage space, washing machine (1x per week).
