We offer to rent a spacious sunny apartment 4 + 1 with a covered balcony the size of 101 m2, which is located on the third, highest floor of the brick house. It is located in the middle of greenery in the wider center with excellent transport links and civic amenities - within walking distance are both public transport and train, supermarket, school, kindergarten and Zlín city center. For Internet and TV there is a UPC connection, parking is possible in the adjacent parking lots. The apartment is connected to central heating, partly furnished and after complete reconstruction. It consists of an entrance hall, vestibule, three separate and one walk-through room, kitchen, closet, bathroom and separate toilet.
The spacious, bright rooms are unfurnished, with plastic windows and a parquet floor. Two separated rooms have windows facing east and south and have the entrance from the largest room from which the door leads to the balcony and has windows facing south and west.
