Nabízím k pronájmu svůj byt v klidné lokalitě, plně vybavený nábytkem a spotřebiči. V kuchyni je lednička, pračka, mikrovlnka a plynový sporák. V bytě je šatna a špajz. Na posteli jsou matrace, všechno v bytě je připraveno k okamžitému nastěhování. K bytu je kolárna/kočárkárna se dvěma koly k zapůjčení.
Na Prahu je zde až nezvyklý klid, asi 100m od vchodu je velký park ideální na procházku. Ač máte pocit jako na vesnici, tak jste za 3 min z kopce na tramvaji a za 10 min do kopce na metru Pankrác. Ráno svítí slunce do ložnice a večer zase do kuchyně.
V bytě je zařízeno a běží bezdrátové internetové připojení. Vodu, elektřinu, plyn, internet a poplatky platím já z vašeho nájemného, nic se tedy nepřepisuje.
Prosím napište mi do zprávy mailu jaké máte zaměstnání a na jak dlouho sháníte podnájem. Já pracuji jako učitel na střední škole.
Lidi, co hledají bydlení s mazlíčkem musím bohužel odmítnout, zejména kočky a psi pouští spousty chloupků, které se velmi obtížně uklízí, tak aby následující nájemník měl čistý domov. Proto děkuji za Vaše nabídky, ale se smutkem v srdci odmítám. Hledám stabilního nájemce, co ocení hezké bydlení. Do bytu je možné se nastěhovat ihned.

These premises are a private property and were not obtained as a long time investment, as such I present you a place that I once lived in and hope that will be as good home to you as it was to me.
Locality near Pankrac where the place is located is a very calm suburban area. Not far away from these quiet neighborhoods you might remember from places that you just came to our country. As such it requires you to be a part of a community that looks after clean streets and night time silence. You will be rewarded with uninterrupted sleep and countryside like sounds of nothing but nature in the evenings.
If you moved here with just a little more than a suitcase you will be satisfied with a perfect equipement in the apartment.
Apartment has washmachine, fridge, microwave, kettle and gas stove. Building has central heating so you do not have to care about boilers. Hot water as well as heating are very generous and you will be reminiscing about how really hot and instantly present the water was. No long waitings or weak pressure. There is a decent amount of dishes and basic cutlery too.
Broadband Internet Wi-fi connection, heating, water, gas and electricity as well as municipal fees are included in the rent. You will not be asked to register electricity and gas on yourself as is often required.
First rent is a double as a tool for obtaining long term customers. Rent agreement is for one year with automatic prolongation. Cancelation is possible with a prior one month notice. Of course you can leave anytime if an emergency occurs but you will be asked to leave another monthly payment.
Apartment is best suited and available for no more than 2 adults possibly with pets and kids.
Pets are welcomed, though there is a pet service of 500 czk per pet.
