There is some cons to the apartment:

- 4th floor - no lift.

- Kitchen itself is functional but a bit tired (no dishwasher). There is plan to potentially install a new kitchen, but this would increase the rent to 25k per month.

The apartment is a 1 year lease and is available from 01.04.2020, or potentially a week or two earlier.
