Hi, Im looking for a flatmate for long- or short-term co-living in Praha-Uhříněves. The flat is furnished, 3-kk 84,5m2, + 44m2 terrace, a parking place in front of the house and a cellar room (+4,4m2) incl. in price.

The house has 3 floors and the flat is on the very top floor. It is calm, sunny and quiet. As mentioned before, it is fully furnished, there are enough storage compartments, the only thing you need is your own bed. The toilet is separated from the bathroom.

From each room, you can access the terrace (that runs around the flat ) E, S, W) by French windows. On the terrace, there are possibilities to grow your own veggies or flowers, and it includes an outside tablewith 4 chairs, also a water tap.

Equipment:

kitchen: american fridge, microwave, hot-air oven, glass-ceramics stove, dishwasher, unfoldable dining table, 4 leather chairs

living room: 2x leather sofa, one of them can be made into sofa-bed for 2 people (for visits :) )

the room for rent: a desk, an office chair, big bookcase, in front of the room door, there is a big in-built double wardrobe

bathroom: a washing machine, big bathtub, big sink

The door to the flat are the security type and it's possible to unlock them even though there is a key from the inside

Cellar: possible to store a bicycle, skis etc. There is also a small TV that is a part of the flat equipment but Im not using it.

Accessibility: Depo Hostivař (metro A) 20 min by bus, Háje (metro C) 15min by bus, Prague main train station 20 min by train.

In walking distance: Billa, Penny, bakery, café, local brewery's restaurant (with local very good beer), post office, municipal authority. On Nové náměstí, every Wednesday morning farmer's market.

Price: 11 250 CZK per month (rent + accountable deposit for services + internet + insurance)

Flatmate: me :) I work full-time, 33yrs, I dedicate my free time to music, dance, running and pétanque, sometimes riding a bike
