Byt je ve vynikajícím stavu - dosud ho obývali Brit (4 roky) a Brazilec (1 rok - kvůli pandemii se vrací zpět). V bytě se nekouří.

Hello, we are offering a stylish fully furnished apartment 1+kk (37 sq m) in a quality brick house in new Letňany in Prague for rent. This is not an Airbnb apartment, the price of rent will be maintained even after the COVID-19 crisis.
The equipment includes everything you need for a happy living:
- kitchen with appliances (fridge, dishwasher, combined hot air and microwave oven, hob, hood), dishes
- bed with mattress and storage space (160 cm)
- lockers and bookcase
- dining table with two chairs
- folding desk
- wardrobe, chest of drawers and shoe rack in the hallway
- bathroom with shower, sink with mirror, toilet and washing machine
- cellar on the ground floor

Low energy consumption - thanks to special air exchange system, the apartment is warm even during winter without the need for large heating.
WiFi internet settled and included in the price.
Transport - a few minutes from the apartment is a bus stop "Staré Letňany" from which you go for 4 minutes to the red metro C “Letňany” that is in the city center in 20 minutes. Parking options in front of the house.
This is a living in a smaller house with pleasant neighbors - the apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a brick house with 24 residential units, oriented to the east to the common fenced garden, which is freely accessible to all tenants.
Letňany district is a quiet neighbourhood with full civic amenities and shops (very popular OC Letňany with Tesco, cinema, swimming pool, etc., Lídl and Penny Market are nearby as well). Beautiful forest park with several sport options (running, roller-skating, cycling etc.) just 4 minutes from the apartment.
Rental price: CZK 10,500 CZK including tax
Charges: CZK 2,500 CZK for all services, water, electricity (based on your consumption!) and Wifi internet
Refundable deposit when moving in: CZK 13,000 CZK
The contract will be concluded for 1 year with the (preferred) possibility of extension. We do not perceive rental as an auction in order to get as much money as possible quickly, but we are primarily interested in long-term cooperation with decent, open and reliable people. The apartment is in excellent condition - so far an Englishman (for 4 years) and a Brazilian (only for 1 year due to a pandemic) lived there. The apartment is non-smoking.
