We would like to rent a beautiful attic apartment 2 + kk (63m2) with a cellar (4m2) in a brick house builded in 2007. The apartment is located on the 6th floor, where you can get with spacious elevator. The apartment has a security door and is equipped with fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, hood, dishwasher and refrigerator. The living room has a sofa, desk and cupboards. The bathroom has a bath, sink, two cabinets and washing machine. Next to the bathroom there is a separate toilet located. There are two wardrobes in the bedroom. Windows from the living room are oriented to the north-west and the golf areal Hostivař. In the living room there are two roof windows and one is above the kitchen. Sunny bedroom with two skylights is oriented to the south-east into a quiet area and a supermarket Penny. The living room has a beautiful view of the city. Cable internet delivered by UPC is available, the tenant need to arrang that himself. Utilities fee is totaling CZK 3300, - (house, water and heating) + CZK 700, - for the electricity.
The apartment is located on the edge of a quiet housing estate Horni Mecholupy. Excellent access to the city center - The metro station Haje or Skalka can be reached by regular bus line within 15 minutes. From the train station „Horní Měcholupy“ you reach the Central Station in 18 minutes! The train station is 7 minutes walk from the house. 2 bus stops from the house is the final tram station Hostivar located. The bus stop Boloňská is located directly below the house. Parking available infornt of the house. Opposite the house here is Penny Market, across the street there is Billa and a little further Lidl. On the other side of the housing estate (2 bus stops) there is Kaufland and a retail park (DM, Jysk, Pepco, toy store ...).
There are plenty of schools, kindergartens, shops and medical facilities. Excellent access to the D1.
