We offer a rent of 1 room in the calm neighbourhood close to the Prokopské valley. The room is suitable only for 1 person with no animals. We are established as quiet living and therefore we are looking for a quiet tenant who respects the other flatmates. The room (10 m2 ) is furnshed by the bed, possibly also the desk . The kitchen, the bathroom and the toilet is shared with 2 other residents. The flat is equipped with the fridge, the washing machine and dishwasher. The bus stop (120) right in front of the house - the bus goes 15 minutes to metro station Anděl. Tram stop Geologická is in walking distance (cca 7 min.), trams n. 5, 12, 20 and buses 105 and 170.
