Dům se nachází na Praze 5 v klidném prostředí Hlubočep, 5 minut pěšky od Prokopského údolí, zároveň s výbornou dopravní dostupností do centra - zastávka autobusu č. 120 přímo před domem (15 min na metro Anděl) a tramvajová zastávka Geologická ve vzdálenosti 7 min. chůze, linky č. 5, 12, 20, busy 105 a 170. Platba celkem 7 000 Kč měsíčně (5 000 Kč nájem + 2 000 Kč poplatky - je to paušál, poplatky se nevyúčtovávají), vratná kauce 7 000 Kč. Volné ihned. Prohlídky v pondělí 23.3.
We offer one furnished room for rent in a quiet neighbourhood near Prokopské údolí. The room is suitable for one person only and pets are not allowed.
We are looking for a quiet and respectful tenant who will appreciate a peaceful living environment and be considerate of the other flatmates.
The room is approximately 10 m² and comes furnished with a bed and, if required, a desk.
The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared with two other tenants. The flat also includes a fridge and washing machine.
The location offers very good public transport connections: bus 120 stops right in front of the house and takes about 15 minutes to Anděl metro station. The Geologická tram stop is about 7 minutes’ walk away, with tram lines 4, 5, 12 and 20, and bus lines 105 and 170.
Internet and electricity are included in the rent, with no additional fees.
