The apartment is on the 5th floor (out of 6), and constitutes of a living room with a kitchen and an entrance to the balcony (34.73 m2), a bedroom (13.27 m2), a bathroom with a bathtub (3.46 m2), a separate toilet (1.17 m2) and an entrance hall (8.47 m2). There is a self-adjustable gas boiler in the apartment which serves for the heating and hot water. There is also a parking spot in the garage and a cellar (1.81 m2) included in the price. There is an elevator in the building.
The apartment building was built in 2007; there are 14 other flats. There are all sorts amenities close by (kindergarten, primary school, shops, service shops, restaurants, spots to do sport, Bulovka hospital), and there are several public transport options nearby (the closest tram stops are Vosmíkových and Bulovka (trams no. 3, 10, 24), bus stop Čertův vršek (buses no. 166, 201)). Right below the building is a park leading to Prosecké skály, the park Pod Korábem is also nearby.
