I offer for rent 1-room apartment (or studio) located on the floor 3rd of 3 without elevator, with a beautiful view of family houses, with an area of 37 m2 in Trnávka on Kašmírska street, with pleasant surroundings.
The apartment was renovated 19 years ago (new floating floor, plastic windows, security doors, ...). The kitchen is equipped with appliances, the bathroom is connected to the toilet and has only a shower. The apartment is furnished (TV, washing machine, wardrobes, dining and work table, double bed...) The kitchen is not separated from the room by a wall. There is a Satro cable box in the apartment - it is not included in the price.
Monthly rent - EUR 330, energy management company payment - 130 EUR, electricity directly to the supplier approx. 20 EUR, gas 5 EUR is included in the rent.
The apartment is available after December 5, 2022; Visits will be possible on December 3rd and December 5th or as agreed.
