I’m offering a one bedroom apartment (50 m2) for long term rent. It is situated on the ground floor and comes fully furnished. There’s no extra fee as there’s no real estate agency involved.
In the kitchen area, there’s a kitchen unit with all appliances (fridge, electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave oven), also a spacious pantry for storing food. The living room area consists of a corner sofa, coffee table, TV table + LCD TV, and there’s a chest of drawers as well.
The bedroom is currently equipped with a big wardrobe, bedside table and a double bed.
In the hallways, there are spacious built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage room. The bathroom has a sink with mirror, bathtub, shower and also a bathroom cabinet for storing things.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, it is a 5-minute walk from the nearest tram/bus station (tram no.1). There are supermarkets, restaurants, indoor swimming pool, kindergartens / parks neatby.
It is possible to park outside the building.
The apartment is available from February 2023, preferably for a couple, non smokers, no pets.
