Very nice flat - only 10 minutes from Andel.
Sunny newly renovated apartment (77 m2) at Smichov, Malvazinky. The flat includes two bedrooms (at the moment one bedroom is made into home office). Open living-room with kitchen that was designed for the apartment. Nice bathroom build in natural sandstone and marble. Electrical floor heating in the bathroom and the hallway.
The washing-machine which includes a dryer, the dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and electrical cooking-plate are one year old.
The apartment is equipped with hardwood floors and tiles. All the windows face south looking at greenery although the apartment is located on a main street Na Vaclavce. One balcony looks out to the street and another small balcony looks into a little backyard.
There is a garden in the backyard that tenants in the house can use.
The apartment is partly furnished with kitchen table, chairs, cupboard and bookshelves in the home office. The antique sofa, bed, wardrobe and mirror seen in the photos are not included - as I took this with me when I moved.
Malvazinky is a nice and quiet neighborhood with parks and nice pubs. From the apartment there is a 10 minute walk to Anděl centrum, one of Prague’s liveliest spots and a public transportation crossing point. (From Andel it is best to take the bus up and walk down to the flat).
