Underground stations Palmovka and Vysočanská by bus in 5 minutes; shops, sports facilities (swimming pool and sports complex Pražačka) and many parks and greenery (Třešňovka Hill, Krejcárek, Malešický Park, Vitkov etc.).
Deposit for billable services (heating, hot and cold water, elevator, garbage, etc.) for 2 people around 3,500 CZK. Electricity and gas are transferred to the tenant.
The apartment is equipped with furniture (plus a double bed that is not in the photos) and appliances - refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer with dryer. Plenty of storage space in the built-in wardrobe.
