Close to many cafés and restaurants, Folimanka and Vyhserad parks, farmers market on Náplavka, convenience stores and supermarket Tesco and Lidl.
The lower floor of the loft consists of a spacious living room with a large sofa and an equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher on request) - connected in one space about 40m2, a connecting hallway from which is the entrance to the bathroom with washing machine and shower and quiet bedroom.
On the upper floor there is a space of about 40 square meters, which can be used as a second bedroom, children's room or home office.
