Transportation connections are excellent – various tram and bus lines run directly to the city center, only 10 minutes away (Wenceslas Square, Florenc, I.P.Pavlova etc.), and metro lines A and B are each only two stops by tram. Better still, the bus & tram stops are only two minutes away by foot.
Rent is CZK 8,000 per month plus CZK 800 monthly for service fees & internet plus CZK 1,000 per month for energy (gas & electricity). A returnable security deposit equal to 1 month’s rent plus all fees is required.
