Only 1 min from the bus stop - excellent access to the centre. The apartment is in silent area and greenery and yet a short trip from the centre.
The apartment is very spacious with a large loggia and plenty of storage space - a large built-in wardrobe in the hallway, a large storage room in the apartment plus a large glazed lockable loggia with another storage room (not included in the footage).
The apartment is rented furnished - all modern furniture from IKEA, kitchen including refrigerator, new bathroom (spring 2018), including washing machine, see photo. There are blinds in the apartment.
