I am offering a beautiful, fully furnished apartment for rent with a layout of 2+kk and an area of 53m². The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a 5-story brick building, with a balcony, elevator, and a beautiful view of the AZ Tower, Starobrno Monastery at Mendlovo Square, and part of Špilberk. Despite the location, the surroundings are surprisingly quiet, yet with all amenities close by. The Brno city center is a 15-minute walk, and Mendlovo Square is a 5-minute walk.
All fees are included, including electricity and internet from UPC. The apartment also comes with a basement storage unit.
Suitable for a couple or an individual, ideally non-smokers and without pets.
Available from October 1, 2024.
Visits are possible on work days starting Monday, September 9th from 5pm.
The apartment will be equipped with a new kitchen, but at this moment, I cannot guarantee that it will be ready by October 1st. In this case, further arrangements can be made.
