The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a very well-maintained building with elevator. It has 26msq and additionally built floor for sleeping (mezzanine). In the kitchen corner there is a ceramic glass cooker, microwave and fridge. The living room has a fold-out sofa and a spacious wardrobe (washing machine is in the hallway). The apartment has beautiful wooden parquet floor, plastic windows with internal block view and excellent isolation (no street view - very calm and no noise).
Very nice location, 8 minutes by tram from the very center of Prague and 4 minutes by tram to red line Metro stop Vltavska. The studio is right on Delnicka tram stop. In the building there is a city library. Directly around the house you will find restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, bakery, supermarkets, theater and other leisure places. In a walking distance from the house are beautiful parks Stromovka and Letna. Holesovice is the new trendy neighborhood with lot of facilities and business offices around, it has been listed among the 23 coolest districts in Europe.
