We offer a bright loft apartment (102 sqm) near Náměstí Míru, which is located on the 4th floor (without elevator).

Excellent location allows you to move around Prague efficiently. Just around the corner, you have Metro A, trams 22, 16, 11, 13, 23, 4 and bus 135. Furthermore, in the neighborhood, there is an excellent selection of family-owned Italian and French shops and bistros, clubs, beer gardens, four large parks, farmer´s markets, schools , kindergarten and 24/7 supermarket is just 50 m away.

The large living room with kitchen is the center of the flat (27 sqm). It is equipped with a comfy sofa for your relaxation and a dining table . The room is oriented to SW and NE and has plenty of sunshine all day, which complements the high ceilings. Air-condition unit is present here. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a gas stove, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and hood and a pantry (1.5 sqm).

Adjacent to it is the first bedroom (19 sqm).

Moving through the corridor, we arrive in the second bedroom (15 sqm ) and the thirth bedroom is 16 sqm with a 2.5 sqm cloakroom.

Finally, the flat has a large bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and bidet (5 sqm). There is also a dedicated cleaning room (2.5 sqm) with a toilet, washing machine and the gas heater.

The house is serene and has mixed Czech and international residents. The apartment has a security door and a security alarm system (and smoke detector). For your work and entertainment, 30/10 Mbit Wi-Fi is included in the rent.

It is possible to move in immediately, with a 12-month contract. The refundable deposit is 45 000 CZK. You may have a permanent residence in the apartment. For a surcharge of 2000 CZK/month, it is also possible to have a pet animal. The apartment is strictly non-smoking. Maximum occupancy is 3-4 people.

Total monthly costs consist of rent, which is 22 500 CZK and a monthly billable deposit 800 CZK/person for services (water, waste disposal, house cleaning…). Gas and electricity are the responsibility of the tenants (approx. 1500-2000 CZK/month according to your consumption).
