Flat-share for a one person! I offer a separate 14m2 room with a view to an atrium. 100m2 flat with 20m south terrace is in the 1st floor (with an elevator). Metro Kobylisy 5 minutes by foot. The flat is fully furnished with a modern kitchen (washing machine, steam oven), ideal for those who likes to cook. There is a separate WC. A bed 140cm is with storage room, you will only need to get your own matrace. There are blackout curtains in the room. Parking in the building not included. It is possible for me to get you some small things like a shelf or a night table.
Something about a flatmate: I am 35 and I flatshare in Prague for about 10 years. I am Czech and I can speak English fluently. I like tidiness and more of a calm in the flat but I am up for a conversation. I am interested in a flat design, investments, fitness and I go for hikes. There is a nice friendly cat in the flat. He goes outside for a toilet so inside there is no odor at all.
