I will rent a studio apartment on the Pisecka Street (only 300 meters from metro station Flora). The footage of the apartment is 26 square meters. It has recently got new windows and the building was renowated last year. The rental contract shall be signed for 12 months with potential extention.
The studio includes a single room with kitchen corner, separate bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. There is also a small hallway with a wardrobe. All furniture including kitchen, queen-size bed, wardrobes table, shelves and two bean bags are included in the rent.
The window is facing the street, however it is a very calm one-way street with limited traffic. The studio is part of an older building with wide walls, which provides good isolation during both summer and winter.
In walking distance, there is Atrium Flora Shopping Mall, Albert grocery store, Post Office, Raiffeisen Bank, Moneta Bank, metro A stop Flora and also tram and bus stops.
The monthly service and utility fee of CZK 3,000 includes all utilities (water, electricity, gas) and high-speed internet. There are no other payments and there is no brokerage fee as I am the owner of the apartment.
