The apartment is located on the second floor of the building at the cross road of Bělehradská and Křesomyslova street. One of advantages is a perfect transport accessibility both to the center and to the outskirts of the city. In addition to 6 tram lines and buses, there is a train station near the building. Around the house there are all amenities (nursery and school, clinic, theater and many shops). The equipment of flat is brand new - all equipped in 02/2022. You´ll find an elevator in the building. The apartment is bright and well laid out.
