We are looking for long-term, decent tenants for a beautiful and fully equipped 2+kk apartment. We will leave all the furniture in the apartment, which is new, as seen in the photos, as well as a washing machine, dishwasher, and a complete, beautiful new kitchen. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The apartment is located on an elevated ground floor. There is a primary school opposite the apartment. A stroller room is available in the common areas. There is also a cellar compartment available. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, as well as tram and bus stops. Wenceslas Square is a 15-minute tram ride on tram number 9.
We are easy-going landlords and easy to communicate with :).
Parking is possible in the inner courtyard until the end of 2023. This alternates every year with another apartment, so in 2024, our tenant will have to park in the blue zone, but it is certainly not a problem to obtain a permanent residence permit, and then parking will cost a few crowns. After that, in 2025, parking in the inner courtyard will be possible again. The apartment will be available for move-in on May 1st, 2023.
