Newly emerging loft apartments and commercial spaces in a four-storey building in Sekaninova Street will appeal primarily to creative personalities who will appreciate the cultural and challenging environment. The DADA Distrikt project exeecds rooted conventions and connects he industrial tradition of the building with environmental elements in the form of a roof bio-garden serving both residents and visitors.
Architecturally, the project strives to emphasize the industrial character of the space and to preserve the original aesthetics of the entire building (similarly to Prague's Vnitroblock).
The aim of the project is to create a place for meeting of active people and offer them various social activities in the form of art galleries, co-working spaces, cafes, lecture and sports halls or shared roof garden.
