Transportation connections are excellent – various tram and bus lines run directly to the city center, only 10 minutes away (Wenceslas Square, Florenc, I.P.Pavlova etc.), and metro lines A and B are each only two stops by tram. Better still, the bus & tram stops are only two minutes away by foot.
The Rent is CZK 10,000 per month plus CZK 1,500 per month for utilities (electricity & gas). In addition, there is a monthly fee of CZK 1,000 to cover the cost of all other services (water, garbage etc.). A returnable security deposit equal to 1 month’s rent plus energy and fees is required.
