Od 1. října (po dohodě i dříve, ale ještě se bude malovat:)) nabízím k pronájmu byt 3+1, 93m2 v 5. patře zrekonstruovaného cihlového domu s výtahem u Letenského náměstí s okny orientovanými do tichého dvora. Jde o slunný a velmi tichý byt s příjemnou atmosférou. Výhodou je dispozice bytu - kdysi bydlení více lidí na společné chodbě, tj. veliká prostorná chodba, na jedné straně pokoje a na druhé společné prostory (kuchyň, koupelna, oddělený záchod) zajišťuje, že se nájemníci vzájemně neruší. Veliký samostatný pokoj 25 m2 a dva propojené po 15 m2, oddělené masivními posuvnými dveřmi, tj. jeden pokoj je průchozí. Byt je kompletně vybaven, ale vše je na domluvě, tj. nechávám na nájemnících, co v bytě chtějí nechat. Samostatný plynový kotel a topný okruh, pračka, myčka, mikrovlnka, trouba, lednice, mrazák, vestavěné skříně atd., bez balkónu, s většími okny. V domě možnost UPC internet připojení. Už tři roky tu bydlí 3 mladí a moc milí nájemníci, které život posunul jinam, ale rádi Vám byt ukážou a podají reference. Sama jsem tu prožila 18 pěkných let, než jsme se s rodinou přestěhovali za Prahu. K bytu náleží sklep, který je možné využívat. Fotky jsou 3 roky staré, současní nájemníci si to tam trochu uzpůsobili a vybavili dle svého.
Nájemné 25.000/měs zahrnuje i poplatky družstvu a zálohy na vodné/stočné. Zálohy na energie (momentálně cca 1400 plyn a 950 elektřina) se převádí na nájemníka, tj. platí se zvlášť dle spotřeby.
From 1st October (possibly earlier but I need to have it redecorated yet:)) I am to let a 3+1 size equipped apartment, 93m2, on 5th floor of a reconstructed and historically charming brick house with lift nearby Letenské náměstí , windows facing a quiet inner block green yard. It is a very sunny and quiet apartment with nice atmosphere and unique layout (historic house from the beginning of the 19th century - in the times of my great grantparents two families used to live there and share - that is why the hall is so large - 9 m long - bedrooms on one side, shared spaces on the other). 3 bedrooms - 25sqm, 15sqm, 15sqm. The two smaller ones connected and separated with a masive sliding door (instead of the curtain in the picture). On the other side of the hall a kitchen with all sorts of dishes, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, then washing machine, bathroom and a separate toilet. Indipendent gas heating circuit with own water heater, UPC internet connection possibility in house. There is an extra 4 m2 celler at the disposal down in the underground of the house, clean and accessible by lift. Right now there are staying 3 very nice young foreign tenants who will be moving out after 3 years there, they are very willing to show you around and give references. I myself lived in the apartment for 18 years before moving out of Prague and enjoyed my years there very much. The area of Letná is a very popular central quarter with all you need just at your doorstep - shops, supermarket Billa, trams, underground, sportgrounds, playgrounds...but mainly two greatest parks of Prague overlooking the Old Town. You can reach the Old Town in 10 min by walk or 4 stops by tram.
The photos are 3 years old, current tenants have a little adjusted the place to suit their needs, of course.
Rent 25.000/month includes charges to the cooperative and deposits for water consumption prepaid to the house. Deposits for energies are to be paid by tenants in their name separately according to their consumption (currently they make 1400 gas and 950 electricity). Of course, I can help with arranging the contracts with the cheapest energy distributor. All is about agreement:)
