Přímo před domem je autobusová zastávka cca 4 min na Roztyly, za domem zastávka směr Flora, asi 13 min.
V bytě je:
Vybavená kuchyň (plynový sporák s troubou, myčka, chladnička s mrazákem).
Koupelna s vanou se sprchovým závěsem, skřínky, pračka.
V chodbě je umístěna vestavná skříň.
Prostorný neprůchozí obývací pokoj s parketami.

I would like to offer an apartment in district Prague - Sporilov. This district is in the south part of the city and there is a good connection to both the city centre and to the Prague ring. To the city centre it takes aprox. 25 min. via bus and metro.
In the neighborhood there are some shops, coffee, pubs, barber, etc. there are plenty of parks as well, some playgrounds and at least 2 schools. Furthermore, there is a pond called Hamer aprox 10min. walk with bunch of tennis and squash courts and a restaurant. This is a really nice place for leisure time with your family and friends.
The flat itself is 76 square meters. There is a large living room and 2 smaller bedrooms. The flat has been recently rebuilt in a way that an entrance hall has become a part of dining room and a kitchen so the space got more air or volume.
There is a kitchen in the apartment, however, without a fridge. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower and there is also a washing-machine. In the hall there is one built in wardrobe with 3 mirror doors.
The flat is in 8th floor so there is a lift in the house to get there. The house is equipped with a storage area for prams and bicycles with a metal door and bars over the window so it should be safe enough. There is a dryer room as well.
Fees are 3000 per a month per first person. Each additional person pays 500,- per month which includes all necessary services. Once a year, billing is done based on a real consumption - You know what you pay for!
Gas and electricity is payed separately based on a contract with a respective company. (I can help with that).
I am looking for a reliable tenant, a family would be the best, for a long term rent. The flat is currently empty and available to move in.
