The owner of the flat speaks English and basic German. Apartment in a quiet environment, facing a park on one side and a local road on the other. Kitchen is equipped with electric stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher. Lliving room has cabinets and sofa, bedroom is with 2 beds, a dresser and a large cabinet. Bathroom is equiped with a shower corner (no tub) and a washing machine. Floors are parquet or floating. Equipment of the third room is a matter of agreement.
In the building - there is an elevator accessible by few stairs up or down on the ground level , shared drying room and shared stock room. The apartment has a connection to radio&TV via shared antenna system (included in charges) and UPC cable internet/TV (optional, charged extra) .
A monthly fee of 3.000, - CZK is an advance payment for covering electricity, heating, water, waste disposal etc. and is settled annually according to actual consumption and costs. Examples of charges after the settlement: a childless family paid in the 2013 2.600, - CZK per month. A family with a small child with a greater consumption of water and electricity in 2014 paid 4060, - CZK per month. 3 student sharing the flat payed 3.100 CZK per month.
