We are offering a bright and sunny attic apartment in a three-story family house located in a quiet residential area of Braník. The apartment is oriented to all cardinal directions and offers beautiful panoramic views of Prague. The house is situated on a calm street of family homes, with easy and free parking available around the house.
The apartment occupies the entire top floor and has a total area of 73 m². As it's an attic apartment, the walkable floor space is slightly smaller due to sloped ceilings. The main living room faces south, and the very spacious kitchen faces north with stunning views of the Prokop Valley, Dívčí hrady, and Strahov. Smaller rooms are oriented to the east and west.
Although technically a 4-room layout, we list it as a 2-bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen. In addition to the large kitchen and living room, there are three smaller non-passing rooms – a bedroom and two cozy rooms that can be used as a study or dressing room. There's also a landing at the top of the staircase and part of the basement available for storage – ideal for bikes, skis, wine, etc.
We are looking for an individual or a couple who will appreciate the peaceful surroundings and privacy, and who are open to friendly neighborly coexistence – mutual respect and consideration are important to us.
The apartment has easy access to public transport: Metro line C (Budějovická) or trams to the city center (Dvorce – Žluté lázně) are about 5 minutes by bus, with a stop just around the corner. An Uber to the city center costs around CZK 125.
